John Gordon
(Lowland District) Born in the Enzie, 1760, a nephew of John Geddes and cousin of John Gordon, the rector; arrived in Valladolid from Scalan; completed the course, returned to Scotland, and was ordained priest by John Geddes, 18th December 1784, in Edinburgh; first procurator at Aquhorties, 1799-1807; died in Aberdeen, 8th December 1823.
